Dr. Bartl has been practicing small animal veterinary medicine for 25 years.  She is a graduate of The Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicineis  and is board certified by the Americal Board of Veterinary Practitioners in canine and feline practice.  She has practiced emergency medicine, primary care, and now focuses on small animal dentistry.  She served as an associate professor at the Virginia- Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine for 10 years teaching primary  care, emergency medicine, and dentistry.  She has recently completed advanced training in dentistry procedures through a residency in dentistry and oral surgery.
