Dr. Meador was born and raised right here in the Roanoke Valley.  She received her Bachelors of Science and Bachelors of Art Degree in Veterinary Sciences and Foreign Languages from Virginia Tech.  Following graduation, she travelled through South America working as she travelled.  She went to Ross University of Veterinary Medicine and then finished her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at University of Madison Wisconsin for her clinical year.

Dr. Meador has interest in surgery, one health education and exotics medicine.

She has a pup named Finley who she feels is the cutest and smartest pup she has ever seen!  She enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
