After Hours Urgent Care
So often, we have clients who need care for their pets just as we are closing for the day. Clients get home from work or school and discover their pet is sick, hurting, or injured. We are happy to announce that we will be responding to this need.
Starting on July 10th, we will be providing After Hours Urgent Care to meet the needs of our clients and the community in the evening.
Urgent care is not emergency care. Emergency situations that might require surgery, high levels of trauma response, severe illness that might require hospitalization and 24-hour monitoring, etc. will still be referred to Emergency Veterinary Services.
If you are a current client and need urgent care for your pet, but do not have an appointment, we will be happy to see you for an urgent care appointment during the day, or even after regular hours.
Current clients receive priority until 2:00 pm at which time others in the community will be able to schedule.
When our hospital closes at 6:00 pm on weekdays, our after-hours urgent care staff will be available to serve you until 11:00 pm. **Note - The Wellness Center will no longer be open for extended hours on Mondays, but will close at 6:00 pm.
Saturday Urgent Care Hours will begin August 5th and will be 8-12 so that if you have an urgent need for your pet on Saturdays, we will be able to accommodate you as well.
