ATTENTION: SONYA BARTON, Mgr. First I would like to say that Vinton Vet Hospital is by far THE BEST vet services we have EVER used. All of your staff is pleasant, helpful, compassionate, and empathetic. Although all companies need money to survive, it is clear to me that Vinton Vet, it's owners and employees all have their heart in the right place. The caring of the animal is your first priority and it shows! We previously went to another Veterinary Hospital and it was clear to us that money is their top priority. I have had several friends said the same thing and I have referred them to you. I specifically want to praise "Mitchie" (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong). I called in a panic on Saturday knowing that the office closes early so Mitchie reassured me that she would have all my questions answered before they closed. We had just been in the day before to see Dr. Buckland and had several more questions regarding my dog's injury, comfort, etc. Mitchie was WONDERFUL and I feel that employees like her should be praised and commended for their ability to listen, their compassion & empathy and their ability to comfort the parents of the pets when they are worried sick.
